What can Perez bring to the RailCats? I see him as your stereotypical 2nd baseman but with a hint of sneaking power. He will be a solid defensive player, but a lower-end hitter but will get on base and has a stealing threat speed. I have a feeling Lamar has a belief in Perez to show what he did in college.
